NOTE: The Paseo Community requires an ONLINE Lease application called Tenant Evaluation for rental approval on all adults 18 years old and older occupying the unit for the Term of the Lease. The Tenant Evaluation Application must be completed and submitted no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Tenant Evaluation fee $100 for single and $150 per married couple is paid online through Tenant Evaluation and not included in your reservation total this fee could be subject to change. The application code and instructions will be emailed to you upon booking along with the Royal Shell Sort Term Reservation Agreement Agreement. Visitors of the renter NOT staying for the Term of the lease, DO NOT have to complete the Tenant Evaluation, however they must be accompanied by the approved renter when using the facilities.
