Arrive with a suitcase. This is a fully furnished, single-story 4-bedroom home in Clermont with a private screened pool, and everything is included in one monthly price — electricity, water, high-speed internet, lawn care and pool service. Nothing to set up, nothing to transfer, no furniture to buy or rent.
The home is remodeled and turnkey. The kitchen has a quartz island, full-size appliances and a wine cooler, and it is stocked with cookware, dishes and small appliances. Beds are made up with linens, every room is furnished, and there are smart TVs throughout and a full-size washer and dryer in the home. Wi-Fi reaches the whole house, including the lanai, so it works for anyone who needs to keep up with email while they are here.
Outside, the screened pool and covered lanai are the center of the house. There is an outdoor TV on the lanai, seating in the shade, and the screen keeps the bugs out — which is the difference between a pool you look at and a pool you use.
Sleeping arrangements suit a family, a couple who want room for visitors, or two couples travelling together. Four bedrooms, two and a half baths, sleeps up to eight comfortably.

Clermont sits in the rolling hills of Lake County, about 25 minutes west of Orlando and a world away from the tourist corridor. It is the part of Central Florida people are surprised by — actual elevation, orange groves, and a chain of lakes rather than strip malls.
Downtown Clermont is a restored main street with independent restaurants, a farmers market, and the Lake Minneola waterfront a block away. The South Lake Trail runs right through it and connects into the Coast to Coast Trail, so it is genuinely good for cycling and walking, which is why the National Training Center here draws triathletes and cycling camps year round. Lakeridge Winery is minutes away and does tastings and weekend events.
For days out: the Orlando theme parks are roughly 25 to 35 minutes — Disney, Universal and Epic Universe. Mount Dora, with its antique shops and festivals, is about half an hour north. The Villages is under an hour if you have friends there. Orlando International Airport is around 45 minutes, and Sanford is a similar drive for anyone flying Allegiant.
Practical things are close. Orlando Health South Lake Hospital and AdventHealth are about ten minutes away, there are several golf courses within a short drive, and Publix, Costco and the usual shopping are minutes from the door.
Both coasts are reachable for a day trip — New Smyrna and Daytona to the east, Clearwater and the Gulf to the west, each around an hour and a half.
