Welcome to The Tipsy Tiki, your private home in Davis Shores on Anastasia Island, minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine and nearby beaches.

Enjoy a fully fenced, pet-friendly retreat with a resort-style backyard: private saltwater pool (optional heat Oct–March), tiki bar lounge, outdoor dining, fire pit, BBQ, and thoughtfully designed spaces to unwind and gather.

The space
This spacious 5-bedroom home (over 2,000 sq ft) is designed for group comfort, featuring multiple indoor and outdoor living areas that make it easy to gather—or spread out and unwind. Enjoy your own private resort-style retreat, complete with a saltwater pool and thoughtfully curated entertainment spaces, all just minutes from St. Augustine’s top attractions.

Davis Shores is a quiet residential neighborhood known for its laid-back coastal atmosphere, walkable streets, and local cafés and restaurants. It offers the perfect balance of peaceful island living with quick access to both downtown St. Augustine and nearby beaches.

A bright, open living space with plush seating, a large Smart TV, and sliding doors opening directly to the pool terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow for relaxed coastal living.

Outdoor Resort-Style Retreat
A fully fenced private backyard designed for all-day outdoor living, featuring a sparkling saltwater pool, tiki bar lounge, outdoor Smart TV, fire pit with Adirondack seating (firewood not provided), Weber grill with propane, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, a new deck, and open space for gathering. Thoughtfully designed for privacy and effortless enjoyment from morning through evening.

Entertainment Lounge
A dedicated lounge featuring a Smart TV for streaming, a PAC-MAN arcade with classic games, a multi-game table (foosball, pool, ping pong & more), and a vintage-style Victrola Bluetooth jukebox. Board games and toys are provided for relaxed evenings together, including our custom St. Augustine-Opoly!

Bedrooms
All bedrooms include Smart TVs, full-length mirrors, and thoughtful touches for comfort and ease.

Primary Suite: King bed, workspace, dual closets (including one with a safe), and direct pool access. Ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with natural light and a calm, restful design.

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, ideal for children or companions.

Bedroom 4: Queen bed with a minimalist, quiet atmosphere.

Bedroom 5: Full + twin beds with distinctive brick flooring and character details.

Shared bathroom with walk-in shower.

Kitchen & Dining
A chef-style kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all essential cookware and dining ware, including a double oven, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator/freezer. The dining table seats 8 comfortably.

Coffee Bar & Workspace
Enjoy a fully stocked coffee station (Keurig, drip coffee maker, mini fridge). Dedicated workspace with ultra-fast 1 Gbps Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work and multiple devices.

Family Comforts
Pack ’n play, stroller, high chair, bed rail guard, baby bathtub, potty seat, children’s dinnerware, and toys provided for a seamless family stay.

Guest access
You’ll have full access to the entire home, with the exception of two locked owner’s closets located in the front foyer. The garage is unfinished and not available for guest use.

• Age Requirement
Guests must be 25+ to book The Tipsy Tiki.

• Pool Heat
There's nothing quite like a warm pool on a cool evening. From October through March, we're happy to offer pool heating for $30 per day.

The water takes 24 to 48 hours to reach our ideal 85°F, so please reach out at least 3 days before arrival to have it ready for you. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send a separate payment request through Airbnb to the email on file. Just message us to add pool heating, and we'll take care of the rest.

• Parties & Events
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted in accordance with house rules and local occupancy and noise regulations. Only registered guests may be on the property.

• Pet Policy
A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $120 per stay applies. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per booking. Please include pets in your reservation and let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing a furry guest.

• Parking
We can accommodate up to 5 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that, per St. Johns County short-term rental regulations, all guest vehicles must be parked on-site in designated parking areas, and street parking is not permitted for guests.

• Pool Safety & Door Alarms
For your safety and in compliance with Florida pool safety regulations, the home features door alarms on all doors providing direct access to the pool area, including the living room sliding glass door and the master bathroom door facing the pool.

To use, press the bypass button before opening the door, step outside, and close the door behind you. When returning, open the door, press the bypass button again, and close the door. The alarm allows a 7-second delay before sounding.

The alarm may seem loud at first, but most guests get used to it quickly. These systems are required for homes with pools and are an important safety feature. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping keep everyone safe.
