Enjoy a screened lanai, covered outdoor dining pavilion, heated community pool and shuffleboard. Beach days are easy with a wagon, beach chairs, cabana shade and cooler provided for your use. The villa also includes a washer and dryer, Smart TV, Wi-Fi and convenient parking.
Best of all, you're just a 4-minute walk from Englewood Beach and within walking distance of restaurants, live music and island favorites. There's even a peek-a-boo view of Lemon Bay.

To help protect family members with allergies, Villa 61 is strictly pet-free and smoke-free. From Villa 61, you can walk to Englewood Beach in about four minutes and leave the car behind for many of the island's restaurants, shops and entertainment. Local favorites include Lock 'N Key, SandBar Tiki & Grille, The Waverly, Magnolias on the Bay, White Elephant Pub, The Beachcomber, Geraldi's and Calico Jack's. Stumpy's free island shuttle is another fun way to get around.
Spend your days swimming, shelling, searching for shark teeth, kayaking, boating or fishing—or simply grab a chair and enjoy the Gulf. Back at the villa, relax by the heated community pool or enjoy a game of shuffleboard.
Just off the island, historic Dearborn Street offers restaurants, boutiques, farmers markets, live entertainment and community events.

Englewood Beach is an easy 4-minute walk from Villa 61—we timed it! You can also walk to several Manasota Key restaurants, bars and shops. On Sundays, head to the beach for the Manasota Key Drum Circle, weather permitting, beginning about an hour before sunset.
We love having so many choices close by. Lock ’N Key and The Waverly are favorites for a nice meal, SandBar Tiki & Grille for a casual island atmosphere, and The Beachcomber for great food and live music. White Elephant is another fun waterfront stop, and Geraldi’s is great when pizza sounds good.
Leave the car parked whenever you can! Many of our favorite spots are within walking distance. For a fun way to explore farther around the Key, catch Stumpy’s Free Ride and remember to tip your driver. On Sunday evenings, grab one of the two frame drums we keep at Villa 61 and join the Drum Circle on Englewood Beach about an hour before sunset. And keep your eyes down while walking the beach—you just might find a shark tooth to take home.

No. Villa 61 is completely smoke-free and pet-free due to family allergies and community rules. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, including the villa, screened lanai, carport or outdoor living areas. Pets are not permitted.
We make beach days easy! Villa 61 provides beach chairs, a wagon, cabana shade, beach towels, a cooler and beach nets. There is also an outdoor rinse shower for sandy feet and gear when you return.
Villa 61 has parking for up to two vehicles—one in the private driveway and one in community parking. Parking passes are required, and street and grass parking are not permitted.
Yes! Villa 61 has a private full-size washer and dryer for guest use, making longer stays and beach days a little easier.
