Inside, the open layout and coastal-inspired décor create a comfortable setting for gathering and unwinding. The fully equipped kitchen and bright living space make dining and relaxing easy after a day at the beach. Step outside to enjoy two private balconies or spacious patios, both covered and uncovered, perfect for taking in the fresh coastal air.

Pool heat is available during the winter months for an extra fee of $50/day. The pool is heated from 86 degrees. The pool heater may not be able to fully heat the pool if the weather conditions are below 60 degrees. Please add this fee when you are checking out. Depending on what platform you are booking through, you may need to send a message to have it added manually.

If you would like to book a massage during your stay, please let us know at time of booking and we will provide you with the number to make a reservation. She does the massages in your home.

Would you like to hire a Chef to come in and make a gourmet dinner for the family one night? Let us know and we will get you the contact information when you book. This service is booked up several months in advance so please ask for this information right away. If you would like groceries delivered instacart is available in Mexico Beach.

The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do everything possible to repair any issues and get the elevator operational again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed, repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues, please plan accordingly, as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

25% Payment required at the time of booking; Full payment is required 90 days before check-in. Cancellation policy is a full refund minus credit card fees 60 days before check-in.
