Days are spent along the shoreline, while evenings invite relaxation in the private hot tub or around the outdoor fire pit beneath a canopy of stars. An outdoor shower and spacious mudroom make beach days seamless, while the private elevator ensures ease and convenience throughout the home.
The main living level is both inviting and sophisticated, featuring soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and sweeping Gulf views. The living area offers plush seating, a 65" TV, and an electric fireplace—creating the perfect setting to unwind. The chef’s kitchen is designed for both beauty and functionality, complemented by a butler’s pantry that provides additional prep space and convenience for entertaining. The spacious dining area invites gathering and connection, whether enjoying a casual breakfast or a memorable family dinner. The top floor reveals the signature Mermaid Lounge—an elevated entertainment space with panoramic Gulf views. There is also a queen sofa bed in the lounge.

NOTICE: A Breakwater project (an 8-structure rock system to be placed over a 1-mile stretch to help maintain the recent beach renourishment project) is taking place in the vicinity of our home and is expected to be completed by July 2026. Small areas of the beach will be impacted during this project, depending on where they are working. Guests may encounter construction equipment and related activity in the area during these times; the beach is open with a large new beach to spread out.
The elevator is residential-grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do everything possible to repair any issues and get the elevator operational again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed, repair times can extend several days due to our remote location.

25% Payment required at the time of booking; Full payment is required 90 days before check-in. Cancellation policy is a full refund minus credit card fees 60 days before check-in. We charge a refundable security deposit of $500/reservation
