LIVING AREA
The bright living space includes a 3 seat sofa, breakfast table with 2 chairs, Smart TV with Roku and for added convenience a private washer and dryer is available for guest use.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, oven, stovetop and microwave, along with cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils for preparing everyday meals. Guests also have access to a Keurig Coffee Maker with some pods to get you started and a toaster.

BEDROOM
The separate bedroom includes a queen-size bed, with double closet and fresh linens.

BATHROOM
The bedroom features an open-concept en-suite bathroom, creating a relaxed, connected layout. The bathroom which features a walk-in shower, with towels and hair dryer provided.
Please note that the bathroom opens directly into the bedroom without a separating door.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Outside, guests can enjoy a private patio with seating.

The cottage is a fully separate, private unit with its own entrance and dedicated driveway parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles.
