ReynaDo not book this duplex not worth the price. We encountered a few ants in the kitchen area day of arrival didn’t think anything of it. Went and bought snacks and food the next day the whole island in kitchen was infested with ants in our food. We decided to just leave the place and spend our day out instead of staying since it was our last day there. We also had to remove roaches from the pool and the sun room is full of spiders. The host wanted to send pest control while we were there why would anybody want to deal with pest control while on vacation when it’s their job the rent a clean place. Just find a better place to stay nobody wants to eat from dishes and cups that are in a kitchen full of ants it’s disgusting. And they only want to refund $100 to cover for food that was ruined and not for our loss of not being able to have access to a clean kitchen and dining area. I suggest you find a better place this is not worth $400 a night.

AnnGreat stay! We were in the area moving our daughter into college. We were able to cook dinner every night after a long day and relax outside. (Would’ve loved some pool floats for extra relaxation.) Beds were so comfortable! Team is highly responsive with questions or concerns. I would highly recommend staying here, and hope to stay again!

HenWe had an amazing stay at this villa! The house has such a fun vacation atmosphere and immediately made us feel relaxed. The pool is huge and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The kids loved all the pool games and we also had a great time playing mini golf together.The house is well-equipped, comfortable, and perfect for families looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, and flexible throughout our stay, which made everything even easier.We truly enjoyed every moment here and would happily stay again. Cynthia KennedyI had a great time at Erica’s place, which was well prepared before our arrival. I had no trouble accessing the home at any point during my stay. The host was very attentive, and the neighborhood was peaceful. The backyard was lovely, and the pool was an added bonus. Additionally, having a Publix nearby was very convenient for my needs! I would definitely recommend this home for larger groups seeking spacious accommodations. Fort Lauderdale was conveniently located nearby, where we spent most of our time. I would absolutely stay here again.

WhitneyThe hosts were very responsive, welcoming and friendly. The neighborhood was safe, the pictures of the home are awesome and accurate, I’d say I was even more blown away in-person. The space is perfect for families and just for couples or friends! The pool was heated to perfection and I personally loved the outdoor setup. I spent the day in and out of the pool, tanning and hanging in and outside!
