Our beautifully renovated freestanding one-bedroom, one-bath villa is the perfect Siesta Key getaway! With no shared walls, you’ll enjoy the privacy and comfort of your own little slice of paradise. The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed, and the living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, making the villa comfortable for couples or additional guests. There are two large Smart TVs and, for added convenience, a private in-house washer and dryer, so you can pack lighter and easily freshen up clothes, towels, and beachwear throughout your stay. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home, including both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker—perfect whether you prefer the convenience of a quick single cup or a freshly brewed pot to start your morning. Step outside to your private patio with an electric grill and bistro table, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an easy outdoor meal. Our deck box is stocked with beach essentials, including sand chairs, a beach umbrella, beach tote, cooler, water floats, and beach toys. You’ll be just steps from the large heated pool and only a two-minute walk to our private access to beautiful Crescent Beach. For evenings in, we’ve provided games and books for game night, and the newly renovated and decorated club room features ping-pong and billiards.
