My friends and I had the most wonderful bachelorette trip staying at the Tropical Disco! The decor of the home is above and beyond, perfect for any group celebrating and looking for memories together. The hosts were SO responsive and kind, accommodating the needs of our group and quick responses prior to and during the stay. The location is perfect- our group enjoyed the short drives to the beach as well as downtown St. Pete. Our group could not stop raving about the weekend, and one of the highlights was our stay at the Tropical Disco! I would imagine all properties with Kermay Escapes would provide a similar 5-star weekend experience! This is a must-stay!

This was perfect for a bachelorette weekend! Our party of 9 fit comfortably. We absolutely loved the decor, pool, and Disco room. The location was super ideal to get to the beach and downtown for dinners and bars. Christin & Jim were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with! I would highly recommend!! Everything was great for our stay! The only thing that we wished was different is that they lock the AC to not go any lower than 72. Most of the time this would be fine but in the Florida heat this was a bit hot for us. Other than the everything was great.

My family and I are SO incredibly happy we booked to stay here! Christin and Jim were so responsive, quick, friendly and so so accommodating. They even had a surprise gift in the crib for my daughter who was in the children’s hospital 🥹 Everything was just as described. The entire house was so clean. There were so many things available to use in the house. This is the best air bnb I have ever stayed at! If we are ever back in St. Petersburg, we will definitely stay here again! My bridesmaids and I stayed at Jim and Christin’s home for my wedding weekend and it was the perfect spot! Clean, spacious, great location, and the cutest decor! We were having issues with the heater in the house and Jim was incredibly responsive and immediately jumped in to make sure the issue was resolved ASAP. My only complaint was the front door keypad stopped working the day before check out. I was informed it would be fixed within an hour but that never happened. Our group enjoyed our stay here so much! The house is spotless, beautifully decorated, and wonderfully eclectic. The beds were super comfortable, and the heated pool was such a treat on a chilly night. We also felt that it was easy for our group of six to cook dinner and breakfast in the kitchen. The hosts are very generous, leaving little gift bags and goodies in the bedrooms and even the bathrooms! Our favorite parts of our stay was probably learning to disco in the living room and watching Creature of the Black Lagoon while lounging on the giant, cozy 70s-style couch (highly recommend). Such an amazing place to stay. Jim and Christin were so helpful from the beginning. The house was spotless and perfect for our party of 7. Everything you can think of was there. My daughter loved the vanity in her room with the crimper, straightener, and blow dryer. I loved the heated pool with the waterfall. The laundry was outside, which I thought was so perfect. They had a popcorn machine and lots of games for the kids. We loved it and will 100% be back to stay. Thank you thank you. So many memories were made.

We loved our stay here. Seven of us stayed for four nights, and the house was well appointed with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The heated pool was a highlight—especially for our seven-year-old. The back TV room was perfectly laid out and comfortably fit all of us at once. We made use of everything from the games to the fully stocked kitchen. The location was convenient with easy drives to the beach and downtown, and the neighborhood was great for short after-dinner walks (plus a park right across the street that we didn’t even get to). Highly recommend—we’d absolutely stay again.

Christin and Jim were amazing! They are on top of their messages and got back in touch with me super quickly. They knew I was coming for my bachelorette and provided a long list of things to do, where to go, bars and restaurants, etc. They offered to keep the pool heated which was amazing and also had tables and chairs for us to bring a hibachi chef to the house. The house was super clean and a great space to fit our whole group. Anything you may need that wasn’t in the house they were willing to bring. Looking forward to staying with them in the future!

This was a great location to host a bachelorette weekend! The house decor was perfect and access to a private pool made for a great pool day. More than enough space to host a get together. Hosts were quick to respond to messages. AC was out when we arrived however it was fixed a few hours after the same day. It was a chillier weekend, especially in the evenings, and we were not informed that it costs an extra $25 a day to heat the pool, so that was disappointing. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this spot to anyone hosting a bachelorette party!

When we got there it was very hot and we noticed a minimum lock on the thermostat but the host was very quick to get back to me and turn it down so it could cool off for us. They were quick to respond anytime we had questions.

I was born in 1977 so when I found this place, I decided to get there for my birthday We had a blast The house is beautiful, I loved every detail of it. 10 minutes from st Pete beach and 15 from the Dali museum, which I highly recommend. The place is very beautiful. Unfortunately it was very warm inside, took several hours for house to cool. Me and my guests were sweating. For the price I would’ve liked some nice cold AC. Cleaners will wait in drive way for you to leave at checkout. Felt rude and rushed.

We had an amazing time celebrating a bachelorette party at Jim and Christians house! From the moment we booked the house, they were incredibly kind, attentive and accommodating.
