Welcome to your coastal getaway. Relax out on the private screened Lanai the perfect spot for morning coffee or simply watching Dolphins, Birds, Manatees or the boats passing by. Walk across the street to a Deeded Sandy Beach Path that brings you to beautiful Bonita Beach. This is a 3 mile barrier island where you can enjoy shelling, water activities and the sunsets are a must.

The Building is a small quiet and private complex with only 15 units. There is 1 reserved parking spot. No Pets. The common area and landscaping/paving is being refreshed and slated to be finished by the end of 2026.

The condo is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. It has an open kitchen dining and living area with a Lanai overlooking the Channel. The living area has a Large screen T.V. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a full size bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with an adjoining full size bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with T.V's.
High speed wireless internet is included.
There is a full size washer and dryer for your use. The kitchen is well equipped for all your needs.
The Storage unit for the condo includes 2 Beach chairs, umbrella, and a beach cart if needed.
There are beach towels and a cooler for your use in the condo.

Flippers on the Bay - Wonderful views great drinks and food.

Downtown Old Bonita is very lively and lots of wonderful things to see and do.
