Cancellation Policy:
50% refund if canceled 60+ days before the agreed arrival date stated in the lease.
No refund within 60 days of the agreed arrival date.

Full rent for the agreed‑upon seasonal term, plus required 11% Florida rental tax, is due in full after HOA approval and prior to occupancy.
