Welcome to WindMark Coastal Paradise, formerly known as Coastal Beach Retreat, a spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bath vacation home in the beautiful WindMark Beach community of Port St. Joe, Florida. Designed for families and groups, this pet-friendly coastal retreat sleeps up to 18 guests and features five king bedrooms, a private heated or cooled pool, two 6-passenger golf carts, a fenced backyard, and easy access to the beach.

Whether you're planning a family vacation, multigenerational getaway, couples' trip or vacation with friends, WindMark Coastal Paradise gives everyone room to spread out while enjoying Florida's beautiful Forgotten Coast.

THE SPACE

One of the things that makes WindMark Coastal Paradise especially well suited for groups is its sleeping arrangement. All five bedrooms feature king-size beds and Smart TVs, giving couples their own comfortable spaces while bunk beds and sleeper sofas provide additional accommodations for children and other guests.

PARKING

Driveway parking is available for approximately 2–3 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted. Boats, trailers and RVs may not be parked at the property.

THINGS TO KNOW

Maximum occupancy: 18 guests
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old
No smoking or vaping on the premises
Contactless check-in
Signed rental agreement and ID verification are required
Starter supplies of soap, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags are provided
One bath towel, washcloth and hand towel are provided per guest
Internet service is provided but cannot be guaranteed during provider outages
Beach and recreational equipment shown in photos is provided as a courtesy and availability cannot be guaranteed due to normal wear, damage or loss

PET FRIENDLY

Dogs are welcome with prior approval. A $150 pet fee applies for up to two dogs, with a maximum weight of 50 pounds each. Dogs must be crated when left unattended in the home. Please contact us in advance regarding any requested exceptions.

SECURITY CAMERAS

For property and guest safety, the home has exterior security cameras monitoring the driveway, front entrance, back entrance and pool area. There are no indoor cameras.

FORMERLY COASTAL BEACH RETREAT

Guests may recognize this WindMark Beach home by its former name, Coastal Beach Retreat. The property is transitioning to its new name, WindMark Coastal Paradise, as part of the Timeless Vacays collection.

A few things I intentionally changed:

I moved the five king bedrooms way up. That's a terrific differentiator. A lot of 5-bedroom vacation houses technically sleep 14–18 people by loading rooms with bunks. Having five actual king bedrooms plus separate children's/overflow sleeping makes your property especially attractive for multiple families or couples traveling together.

I gave the two golf carts their own section. They're not a footnote—they're part of the WindMark experience and one of your strongest marketing assets.

I added the EV charger. It's a nice amenity and potentially useful long-tail search term.

I removed the UV/riptide warnings from the marketing description. Those are sensible guest-safety communications, but I'd put them in the house guide/pre-arrival information rather than have them occupy valuable listing copy.

I also simplified some of the management-style disclaimers. We still disclose the important things, but the listing shouldn't make a prospective guest work through a wall of rules before becoming excited about staying there.

One change after October 18

Once the Renting the Coast agreement actually ends, I would change only the final paragraph to:

Area Information

Located in Port St. Joe, this vacation home is on the beach. Constitution Convention Museum State Park and Constitutional Convention Museum State Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Beacon Hill Park and Port Theatre Art and Culture Center.
