HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

** IMPORTANT NOTE: GUEST PORTAL & PROPERTY PROTECTION

Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a message with a link to your secure Guest Portal. This private portal is unique to your booking and is where you’ll complete your pre-check-in, review important stay details, and receive your door access code prior to arrival.

As part of this process, guests are required to choose between the following:
1. $50/STAY non-refundable damage waiver (which covers accidental damages up to a set limit) or a
2. $2500/STAY fully refundable security deposit (held and released after checkout if no damage occurs).
