Anyone looking for a furnished place to stay for the winter season? Starting in September I am renting my 1 bedroom apartment until March and it is fully furnished. There is an application fee for background check and I will charge $3000/month with all utilities included (that includes high speed internet). Apartment is one block away from the beach and the building has a pool.
The sofa in the picture opens and it is larger than the bed, so any last minute guests or kids can sleep comfortably.
Pompano beach has a lot of water sports activities, restaurants and it is just 30min away from FLL airport.
