We give guests privacy during their stay, but we are available through Airbnb messages whenever needed.
The home is professionally managed by Stayshores, an experienced hospitality team with hundreds of Airbnb reviews. We do our best to respond quickly, help with questions, and make sure guests have a smooth stay from check-in to checkout.
• Self check-in is available with a smart lock, anytime after 4:00 PM
• The pool maintenance team visits every Tuesday and Friday to clean, check, and maintain the pool

• Pet fee is $125 per stay, but the pet has to be trained and not shed hair
• A non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable damage deposit is required prior to check-in; deposits are returned after checkout provided no damage is reported
• A propane tank is provided with the grill, however guests are responsible for propane during their stay. We do not guarantee a full tank at check-in. If you run out, we're happy to reimburse the cost of a refill — simply send us a screenshot of the receipt
• Florida's tropical climate can occasionally bring small bugs, especially during warmer months or after rain. We maintain a high standard of cleanliness, but we recommend keeping doors and windows closed when not in use
• The property is located near a body of water, and there may be outdoor areas that require extra caution
• Children must be supervised at all times near the pool, hot tub, dock, lakefront areas, and outdoor spaces
• There are heights without rails or protection on the property
• Exterior security cameras may be present for safety and property protection. Cameras do not monitor private indoor spaces
• This is not a party house. It is best suited for respectful guests who want a fun, comfortable, and well-located stay
