The Space

This 1,550 square foot townhome offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 7 guests. Two king suites provide private, restful retreats for adults, each featuring blackout curtains that make actual sleep possible no matter what time the sun comes up. The primary suite also includes a sound machine and a spacious walk-in closet, so unpacking and settling in feels like home rather than living out of a suitcase.

The bunk room is where kids ask to sleep the moment they see it. It features a twin XL over Queen bunk bed, giving families flexible sleeping arrangements for children of nearly any age, plus a pack n play for the littlest travelers. Twinkle lights add a playful touch that turns bedtime into part of the vacation instead of a fight to get there.

Good to Know

Maximum occupancy is 7-8 guests. No smoking, no pets, and no parties or gatherings beyond those listed on the reservation. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am out of respect for our neighbors. A 2-night minimum stay applies. Security cameras are present at exterior entry points for safety and compliance purposes only.

Skip the crowded beach access points and use the Grayton Beach State Park park and ride instead. Less crowded, and you're guaranteed a parking spot.

Coastal dune lakes exist in only a handful of places on Earth, and 30A has 15 of them. Kayak Western Lake early in the morning when it's glass-flat and you'll have it almost entirely to yourself.

Go to Seaside in the early morning and be out by 2pm, before the tour buses and crowds take over.

The Choctawhatchee Bay is calmer and warmer than the Gulf, and locals use it as their go-to spot for young kids and easy mornings.

Most restaurant wait times drop significantly if you eat dinner before 5:30pm or after 8:30pm.
