Notes:
All payments must be U.S. funds. Preferred payment methods are Zelle and Cashier's check. Personal checks may be used if received more than 90 days before the start of the rental.
A written Rental Lease Agreement outlines all terms of occupancy, and all occupants must be listed. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
Rent Due Dates:
50% of total Rent + Deposit(s) due upon signature of Lease
Remainder of Rent due thirty (30) days prior to move
Deposits
For monthly or long term rentals - $1000 Security deposit, which will be refunded within 14 business days after departure once house has been inspected and left without damage.
*For weekly rentals, a $500 Security Deposit is required - same refund policy as above.
Pet Policy
Pets MUST be approved by owner. A pet deposit of $125 is due with the security deposit. Deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks if no pet related damage occurs.
Cleaning Fee
$125 cleaning fee will be collected. (non-refundable)
Guests
Not to exceed four in the house. All renters are required to submit government issued ID for verification purposes
and integrity of rental agreement.
Cancellation
Cancellations made 90 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 90 days of check-in are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the owner is able to secure a replacement booking for the same dates at equal or better terms.
Golf Cart
A two (2) seater or four (4) seater golf cart is included after a waiver is signed. Please note, the golf cart and golf cart towing service is being offered as a courtesy. If you cause any damage to the golf cart you will be financially responsible for the repairs. If the golf cart key is lost there will be a replacement fee of $100. The golf cart must be left with a full tank of Ethanol Free gas. If the cart is not left with a full tank of gas, a $75 fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
