Resided here in paradise since my retirement in 2016.
Active golfer , senior softball player, bike rider ,kayaker etc.

Why this property?

only 18 owners // summer months very quiet and peaceful only 3 owners reside here year round.
Winter season welcomes returning snowbirds /many come every year .
My unit is a townhouse which features 2 patios with a greater deal of privacy if desired.
Narrow part of Manasota Key allowing quick access to private beach.
Boat docks with ramp are available at no extra charge allowing access to intercoastal waterway. Dock features electricity and water hoses for boat cleanup.
Great scenic views from dock to mainland englewood.
Easy access to restaurants on the Key as well as mainland shopping dining.
Golf pickleball etc. are not far away.
Manasota Key features 4 public beaches Stump Pass State Park, Englewood Beach at Chadwick Park. Blind Pass Beach and Manasota Beach .
