To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please keep our friendly guidelines in mind:
• Must be at least 21 years old to book
• Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. (Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request and subject to availability)
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
• Quiet hours :from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No events, parties, or large gatherings
• You can park a maximum of 2 cars in the driveway and 2 cars in the garage. No street parking or overnight trailers are permitted .
• Smoking is permitted strictly outdoors.
• Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday.
• Up to 2 house-trained pets are welcome! Please include them in your reservation, clean up after them inside and out, and avoid leaving them unattended indoors for long periods.
• Never leave the BBQ grill unattended. No open flames (candles or fire-pits) are allowed.
