Balcony on front of house catches evening sunset. Landscaped with mango, banana, key lime tree and tropical palms. Located next to a hardwood hammock with song birds and fenced in for total privacy.

Unique Benefits

So quiet, no street lights, you can see the stars shining so bright. It is so peaceful here. Listening to the birds and the tokay geckos is so soothing. The porch was designed as a dance studio so plenty of room for yoga or to dance around. The studio under the house has aerial hammocks, stall bars, balls, yoga mats and blocks, mirrors, AC and is a great space to work out.

Why Kids Love It

Not really for kids. It's an adult home although kids would love it. Especially the pool and the exercise studio which looks like a playroom to them.

25 miles from Key West. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of nature, great for walking or biking. Favorites list provided for local restaurants and things to do.

Plenty of restaurants close. My fav is Fork and Stix on Big Pine. A sushi restaurant.

Inside Scoop

If you bike all the streets without getting on US1. It's about 5 miles. There is a tarpon pond 2 blocks behind the house. Bird life there is amazing. Especially around sunrise and sunset.
