Inside features vaulted wood beam ceilings, impact windows, and an open layout with spectacular water views throughout. All bedrooms have their own private baths and TV's. The living room has an 85' TV and a Sonos surround sound system, with electric LED lit reclining chairs and couches. There is also a queen pullout sofa in the living room. The well stocked kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, a copper farmhouse sink, as well as a split oven and an abundance of small appliances. Covered parking and additional downstairs storage.

Enjoy the waterfront HEATED saltwater pool (easier on your skin) with cork decking. Outdoor highlights include a tiki hut, covered patio, custom coral pizza oven, enclosed outdoor shower and fenced in back yard. Fish from the dock or launch kayaks, stand up paddle boards, or the pedal boat from your private beach entry ramp. A pedal boat, 2 paddle boards and two 2 person kayaks are included with your stay. For ease of use, there are two floating dry docks for wave runners or kayaks.
