During the peak season, we rent this unit Saturday to Saturday, unless the unit is still available about three weeks prior to the arrival date. It is not necessary to stay the entire week, but the rental rates and periods are for the week itself.
We have a two-payment plan for your convenience, where 50% of the total due is due within 7 days of booking, along with your signed contract documents, and the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Regarding cancellations, in the event of weather related issues, if a mandatory evacuation is issued, a refund will be given for any unused nights. For our regular cancellation policy, if a cancellation notice is submitted in writing more than sixty days prior to the arrival date, a refund of the payment will be issued, minus a $100 administrative processing fee. If less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, we will also refund your payment in full (less the $100 administrative processing fee) only if we are able to re-rent the unit for the same amount. If we need to discount the unit to re-rent it or it rents for fewer days, you will receive a refund for the amount rented (minus the $100 administrative processing fee). In most cases, with sufficient notice, we are usually able to re-rent the unit and will make every reasonable effort to do so. However, if we are unable to re-rent the unit, the full payment will be forfeited.

White Sand Rental is a local, family owned vacation rental company that takes pride in providing our guests an exceptional vacation experience while visiting Panama City Beach area. We loved everything about this condo!!! The lovely people at White Sand Rental were wonderful to rent from. Calypso 207W is a beautiful condo. Everything was very clean and super nice. The king bed was super comfy. The teenagers said the pull out couch was great as well. The view from the balcony was to die for. We loved Calypso Resort as a whole. Parking was easy, the pools were nice and we could always find a chair. Such a bonus to have 2 chairs and umbrella reserved at the beach every day too. We will be back, can’t recommend enough!!!
This was our 3rd visit to the Calypso Resort. We have tried other resorts and continue to return to the Calypso. We love everything about the Resort. My favorite part is being able to sit by the pool (facing the ocean) and see everything that is going on, on the beach. This unit is excellent, perfect location, ample space inside. Love, love the little bench in the entry way. Just perfect for leaving your beach bags :) Coordinating our vacation with the Owner of the unit was "hassle free", and everyone we spoke with was always courteous and helpful. Highly recommend this unit :)
The condo was great!! Clean and well appointed. I loved the location. Pier park was just a short walk away and we felt safe at all time. The free beach setup made things very simple. The owners where great to work with and very available. Would definitely stay here again.
I wanted to thank you and Kim again for all of your help and assistance with our recent vacation at Calypso 207W. We loved everything about the condo and our entire trip. From the location, to the really nice size and all of the interior decorations, and of course the pool/resort, too. We would definitely recommend using your company and renting this same condo again. Also, I received our deposit check so thank you for sending it so quickly.
Clean condo on the 2nd floor made it easy to use the stairs instead of the elevators. Perfect location to walk to Pier Park. We loved the free beach chairs---that makes a huge difference. We would definitely stay at this condo again. We had zero problems.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 4PM local time, and check-out is by 10AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for purchase on select rentals. Please email or call the office with your request and the team member will determine if your rental qualifies at that time. If you have already reserved a property, please contact our team to make your request
What are Keyless Locks and Codes?
Our properties have keyless entry locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of an individualized generated code rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. Please see your reservation information for more on keyless entry systems.
What if we arrive after hours?
Arriving after hours is no problem when you stay in a White Sand Rental Property. Physical check-in is not required. Our check-in process is done by our vacation guest app link. This link is sent approximately two weeks prior to your arrival. We invite you to please go directly to your rental property at your check in time. If you need further assistance for any reason, please contact us.
Is there an age restriction?
Reservations may not be made by or for a minor. Only family guests are allowed in our properties. No units will be rented to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25, unless they are accompanied by an adult guardian or parent who remains in the unit for the entire stay. Reservations made under false pretense are subject to forfeiture of all rental payments and damage protection fee as well as cancellation of the remaining reservation time.
Do you provide daily maid service?
White Sand Rental provides a departure clean on all stays. We also provide an initial supply of towels and linens, as well as trash liners, toilet paper and hand soap. A full-size washer and dryer are provided in every rental property; however, laundry detergent is not supplied due to highly sensitive individual needs, precautions and allergies.
What is provided with the accommodation?
Each of our properties are furnished with modern amenities such as high speed internet/ WiFi, flat screen TV's in living area and bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, bed and bathroom linens. We do ask that you bring your own beach towels, toiletries, etc.
Also provided with this unit is 2 free beach chair and umbrella service (March - October)!
When is a good time to book a reservation?
Book today! We recommend reserving the unit of your choice as early as possible, especially if you are planning to travel for Spring Break (mid-March to mid-April), Summer Season (Memorial Day to mid-August) or during Fall Break (1st 2 weeks in October). It is also best to book early if planning to travel around a major holiday, such as Memorial Day, Fourth of July, or Labor Day.
Is there a Minimum Stay?
During the peak seasons, we rent this unit Saturday to Saturday unless the unit is still available about 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. Sometimes we might have special exceptions going on, so it's worth emailing an inquiry. The 3-night minimum still applies throughout the year.
What is your policy on pets and smoking on the premises?
Although we personally love pets, due to individuals who are sensitive to or have allergic reactions, pets are not permitted in any White Sand Rental property or on the premises of said property.
Smoking is not allowed. Guest may smoke outside of the unit, but they are responsible for cleaning up and removal of cigarette butts, ashtrays, etc.
What is your payment policy?

We loved the location. Walking distance to Pier Park. The condo was furnished just as pictures showed, and very comfortable for 2 people. Second floor location made it very easy for elevator or steps. I realize it was the end of a busy season, but a deep cleaning needs to be done more often. Also we encountered ants in both bathrooms, again a deep clean and insect spray would help this situation. My four star rating has to do with several things concerning expectations of renters. Do not ask me to run dishes and do laundry when no soap or detergent is available. Do not leave half a roll of toilet paper in bathrooms and expect renters to purchase their own and leave it for the next renter. We are paying for a maid service, supplies should furnished.

Great location, near Pier Park
The Calypso is a beautiful place to stay, walking distance to Pier Park. I loved the fact that you get free chairs on the beach and that you also have a big balcony to see the beach from. My only negative is the Condo was not as clean as it should have been, when you have to pay for a cleaning fee. Also that they request that you remove the sheets and towels and put in the washing machine. Empty thrash, I mean I don’t mind doing this but why am I paying a cleaning fee???
