The Building 1 elevator will be temporarily out of service during a full replacement. Access to the condo remains easy—the stairwell is well-maintained, leads directly to our floor, and the exit is just a few steps from our front door

Located in the first of Ocean Pointe Resort's five buildings, Coastal Retreat offers peaceful views of the protected mangrove preserve with glimpses of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room and private balcony. This thoughtfully renovated 915 sq. ft. corner condo is designed to provide a relaxing and comfortable stay for families, couples, and groups.

**Please note:** Boat slips are not included with your reservation and must be reserved separately through the Ocean Pointe Dockmaster prior to arrival. Availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Jet skis are NOT allowed.

Located within the gated Ocean Pointe Resort in Tavernier, Coastal Retreat sits in a peaceful waterfront setting surrounded by mangroves and open ocean views. The neighborhood offers a relaxed island atmosphere with 24-hour security and direct access to resort-style amenities. Just minutes from Key Largo and Islamorada, you’re perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of the Florida Keys—world-class fishing, diving, snorkeling, and waterfront dining—all within a short drive.

Getting around the area is simple and flexible. Most guests choose to travel by car, as it’s the easiest way to explore the Florida Keys and visit nearby destinations like Key Largo and Islamorada. Ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are also available but can be limited at times. The resort offers on-site parking, making it convenient for guests with a vehicle. For those looking to explore the water, boat rentals and local charters are widely available nearby.

We are fortunate to share this unique setting surrounded by protected mangroves and natural conservation areas. The community is home to a variety of native wildlife, including ospreys and other coastal birds.

For guests planning to use marina facilities, slip and trailer reservations must be arranged in advance directly with the Dockmaster. Please note that RVs and jet skis are not permitted on the property.

The marina accommodates boats up to 28 feet in length.

Slip rentals at Ocean Pointe Suites Marina are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be reserved in advance.

All vessels are required to carry insurance with minimum coverage of:

* $300,000 liability
* $100,000 property damage

This coverage is required by the Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association, and proof of insurance must be provided at the time of reservation. Boats that do not meet the minimum insurance requirements will not be permitted on the property.
