Located in the gated community of Ocean Gallery, about 7 miles south of historic St Augustine, this 2BR / 2BA condo is beautifully re-modeled with great views of the ocean from your private deck. Use the elevator to get all your stuff up to the unit, and walk about 100 yards to our incredible outdoor pool and hot tub facility! The world-class beach is just over the sand dunes, and we provide chairs, umbrellas and coolers for your nearby adventures. Double vanity in the master bathroom, big kitchen and nice-sized living area to enjoy your home away from home. Two well-known, large grocery stores are within a five minute drive, and the historic city of St Augustine is about a 10 minute drive. One of our favorite things about the area is the fact there are NO high-rise buildings and none of the beaches ever get crowded, even on the busiest of weekends. Within the Ocean Gallery gated community, as our guest, you will also have access to the main clubhouse indoor/outdoor pool facility that is heated year-round to a super-comfy 86 even when the weather turns, you and your guests will have a place to play and enjoy the water. Free access to lighted tennis and pickleball courts, weight room, shuffle board and racquet ball courts.....you can even borrow a racket if you forget your own. Good parking situation outside the building for a short walk to the condo, max of two cars in your group please! We do offer discounts on one month or longer rentals.....we usually do not rent the place for more than 3 months in a row. NO PETS, no smoking, sorry.....

Lots of great restaurants within a five minute drive of the condo......and if you are willing to drive 10-15 minutes into the historic downtown area of St Augustine, you will find dozens more world-class eateries and bars with nightlife galore.
