OCEANFRONT w/ beautiful view, pool/hot tub/tennis & historic St Augustine nearby

Located in the gated community of Ocean Gallery, about 7 miles south of historic St Augustine, this 2BR / 2BA condo is beautifully re-modeled with great views of the ocean from your private deck. Our property is located on the "quiet side" of the building overlooking a pond and on towards the wild blue yonder. On the other side of the building is one of the pool areas, but you'll never know it was there! Nicely stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and a private washer & dryer inside the unit. Master bedroom has a very comfortable King bed with a private bath/double sink vanity, and the second bedroom has a Queen bed and a Single bed with its' own bathroom as well.

Besides the incredible views from the deck, the real beauty of our condo is the proximity to the beach.....walk a few yards down the complex hallway, take one flight of stairs down to the ground level, walk thru the pool area, and across the sand dunes on a private/gated walkway and you are on one of the prettiest & least crowded beaches you can imagine. Bring one of our Tommy Bahama chairs and enjoy relaxing on beautiful St Augustine Beach. We also provide beach umbrellas, some toys for the kids, and a cooler for your beverages. Please keep in mind, you are not legally allowed to bring alcohol onto the beach, but if you're low-key and use insulated cups, etc. no one's ever gonna give you a hard time.

Within the Ocean Gallery gated community, you will also have access to multiple pools and hot tubs, the most convenient of which is located directly adjacent to our building. There is also the main clubhouse indoor/outdoor pool facility that is heated year-round to a super-comfy 86 even when the weather turns, you and your guests will have a place to play and enjoy the water. Please note....the outdoor pool immediately adjacent to our condo it NOT heated, and the beautiful "clubhouse" pool is about a 7 minute walk from our condo. This is also where the tennis courts and weight room are located....ultimately all VERY convenient and right on-site!!

Two well-known, large grocery stores are within a five minute drive, and the historic city of St Augustine is about a 10 minute drive. One of our favorite things about the area is the fact there are NO high-rise buildings and none of the beaches ever get crowded, even on the busiest of weekends.

Free access to lighted tennis and pickleball courts, weight room, shuffle board and racquet ball courts.....you can even borrow a racket if you forget your own. Good parking situation outside the building for a short walk to the condo, max of two cars in your group please! We do offer discounts on one month or longer rentals.....we usually do not rent the place for more than 3 months in a row. NO PETS, no smoking, no exceptions, sorry. We love animals, but are allergic to their hair, so we simply will not consider pets.

While some folks may not consider our unit "oceanfront" as there is not a private access to the beach directly from the entry door of our property, the Atlantic Ocean is literally less than 200 yards away. The beach access is, in fact, private to our condo complex and an entry/exit code is needed to get to & from the beautiful beach. The property is "Oceanfront" in our opinion and virtually all of our guests agree! Great views, wonderful amenities, gorgeous beach, beautiful condo and a location within the St Augustine area that cannot be beat!

Unique Benefits

On-site pools, both heated and un-heated for year round enjoyment. The heated pool is about a 7 minute walk from the condo.....the un-heated pool (enjoyable for most about 7 months a year) and hot tub is directly adjacent to our property. Pickle ball and tennis courts are lighted for night time play. There's also a weight room on-site.

Why Kids Love It

the BEACH! Endless enjoyment for most kids.....but some prefer the incredible pool outside our property door about 100 yards away.

St Augustine, Florida is one of the most awesome beach communities in Florida! Lots of great restaurants within a five minute drive of the condo......and if you are willing to drive 10-15 minutes into the historic downtown area of St Augustine, you will find dozens more world-class eateries and bars with nightlife galore.
