While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.

We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
Unique Benefits
Our home is fully stocked with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We have pool floats and goggles to enjoy at our pool. If you head to the beach we have a beach blanket, wagon, chairs, sand toys, shade umbrella, cooler, beach bag and lifejackets (2 adult, 2 child).
The dock is great to fish off of and we provide basic fishing gear. You can launch our 2 kayaks from the doc or tie up a boat if you rent one.
In addition to the beds & pullout couch we also have 2 air mattresses for additional sleeping and a pack n play if you have an infant/toddler.
If there is something that you need on your vacation, just ask and we'll do our best to add it to the home before you come! We want your stay to be the best you've ever had!
Walking downtown or to Fishermans Village is an easy walk and goes through 2 parks along the way. It's a beautiful town!
Why Kids Love It
We have boardgames, cards, books, coloring a pool table and the pool to play in. Plenty of room for everyone. For the older kids we have 2 kayaks, 4 bikes and pickleball and tennis equipment that can be used at the park a mile away.
We are located in a beautiful residential neighborhood. We love walking up to Fishermans Village for coffee by the water. If you like a longer walk, the Harborwalk will take you along the water all the way downtown. You'll pass by the park, pickleball courts and lovely views. The sunsets at Sunset Beach/Bar at Fishermans Village are amazing and there are so many amazing restaurants within minutes of our home.

Yes! You are welcome to dock a boat at our private dock.
You can bring up to 4 cars if you park wisely. You can fit one car in the garage and the driveway could hold 3 others. There is now parking in the street.
We have all the pillows, linens, extra blankets, bath towels & beach towels. In the kitchen we have cookware, bakeware, coffee pot, tea kettle, air fryer, electric skillet and all of the utensils you should need.
Punta Gorda has one beach that is worth a visit just 5 minutes from our home- Ponce de Leon. You can't swim there but it's a lovely place to lay out, read a book, watch for dolphins, play in the sand and fish.
For a beach you can swim I would recommend the following:
Englewood Beach: 40 minutes
Venice Beach: 45 minutes
Boca Grande: 45 minutes
Ft Myers Beach: 55 minutes
Siesta Key Beach: 55 minutes (the absolute BEST sand in the USA)
