Reservations
* A 25% deposit is due at booking.
* Balance is due 60 days before arrival.
Guest Cancellation
* More than 90 days before arrival: Full refund, less a $100 administrative fee.
* 61–90 days before arrival: Refund of all payments except the deposit.
* 31–60 days before arrival: 50% refund of all amounts paid.
* 30 days or less before arrival: No refund.
Rebooking Clause
If the home is re-rented for the same dates and at the same rate, you will refund any recovered rental amount, less:
* the $100 administrative fee, and
* any difference in rental rate or additional costs incurred to rebook.
Weather
* No refunds for weather, hurricanes, airline delays, or other travel disruptions unless a mandatory government evacuation order applies to the property.
* Strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance.
