**The space**

The Clubhouse features 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. All beds were made with a priority comfort with the best night's sleep:

Game Room: Pull out queen-sized bed. Extra bedding provided
Living Room: All electric recliners (4 recliners, extra wide so 2 people can sit in each seat)

Bathroom #1: Located in the master bedroom
Bathroom #2: Located in the hallway with access to bedroom

Both bathrooms are stocked with vegan shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Additionally, hand soap and hair dryers are also provided in each bathroom.

Workstation & fast wifi: Included in the bedroom if you need a dedicated workstation in case you’re working on the go. Monitor and laptop stand are available to use. High speed WiFi is available and tested as high as ***380 mbps*** on a wireless connection from this desk. (Please note that the host is not responsible for technical support. Wifi speeds vary throughout the day depending on devices and streaming.)

Parking
Although garage parking is not available for guests at this time, we allow all guests to park under the carport. We have plenty of space on the driveway where you can even play pickle ball! Driveway can accommodate up to 6 standard sized cars.

Have a RV or boat? You can park them on the right-side of the driveway only!
