House Rules
Welcome! We want you to have a wonderful stay while helping us keep the property in excellent condition for all guests. Please review and follow the following house rules:
No parties or events are permitted on the property under any circumstances.
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval from the host.
Pets: We welcome up to two (2) pets with prior approval. A $250 fee per pet applies. Guests are fully responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pets to the property or to any person.
Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property.
Local guests: If you live in the local area, please contact the host before making your reservation.
Parking
The property includes two garage parking spaces.
A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed on the property.
Street parking is not permitted.
Washing cars, boats, jet skis, or other vehicles on the property is prohibited.
Failure to comply with the parking rules may result in a $100 fee.
Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home.
Cleanliness & Property Care
Please dispose of all trash in the designated trash bins provided.
If you use the BBQ grill, please clean it after each use.
Please do not sit on indoor furniture while wearing wet clothing or swimsuits.
A $500 charge per damaged furniture item will apply if furniture is stained or damaged due to misuse.
Please treat the home, furnishings, appliances, and utilities with the same care and respect you would expect in your own home.
