Key Breeze Retreat is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2nd story elevated home with an open floor plan with sliding doors and bay windows allowing you to enjoy the water view from the living room, kitchen, and dining room! This open floor plan connects to the next living area, and our favorite part of the home, a 32' by 12' covered deck that overlooks the 70'-foot canal! Enjoy an early morning coffee with the sunrise, and afternoon and evening ocean breezes under the shade after 12pm. The deck is equipped with a gas fire pit table and conversation seating for "cold" winter nights, and dual rocking chairs for your lazy enjoyment. The 70' wide canal is one of the premier canals in Key Largo, allowing for easy boating access via our wooden dock. A 2-minute boat ride with million-dollar views leads you right to the open bay! Once in the bay, Adams Cut is a 1-minute boat ride away, which gives you convenient access to the ocean side. The location is impeccable and fulfills all your boating needs!

Key Largo is the place to be for all your open sea adventures! There is something for you, whether it's fishing, boating, snorkeling our beautiful reefs, scuba diving; it's all at your fingertips! Key Largo, part of the Florida Keys archipelago, is known as the Dive Capital of the World with underwater attractions featuring the world's largest artificial reef, the 510-foot USS Spiegel Grove shipwreck and the famous Christ of the Abyss underwater statue. Boat charters and rentals are plentiful in the area or bring your own boat on our 42' dock equipped with boat lift. Fly above the water on a parasail, ride the waves on a jet ski, or kayak in our neighborhood canals that lead directly to the open bay!

Not really interested in boating today? No worries, enjoy the therapeutic spa located on the ground level of the home, a relaxing kayak ride through our wide-open canals, or fish right of the dock and reel in catch after catch! Because the home is elevated, the ground level offers great privacy, additional seating areas and gas bbq for your enjoyment!
