The condo is beautifully updated with modern finishes, stylish décor, and everything felt fresh, clean, and well-maintained.The spacious layout was perfect for us, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy their own space. The kitchen was fully equipped and made meal preparation easy, while the comfortable living area provided stunning ocean views and a great place to gather after a day at the beach and the amazing pool.Each bedroom was comfortable and inviting, and having three full bathrooms made our stay incredibly convenient. The building amenities were excellent, and the beach access couldn’t have been better—just steps from the sand and ocean.The owners clearly take pride in their property and have thought of every detail to make guests feel welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, upscale beach getaway in Daytona Beach.

"Hey Shelly and Jeff! I know you meant every word, even though you had a little AI assistance! LOL!!! Thank you so much for being my 'guinea pig guests'. I appreciate all your suggestions. Because of you, La Perle at Grand Coquina will be a better experience for those to follow! I ordered the Tervis cups, and LOVE them! I also ordered a drying rack for wet beach towels and bathing suits. It's collapsible, so future guests can choose whether to leave it out or store it. Hope to see you again soon!"
Part of the beach in Daytona Beach Shores is accessible by cars. The ramp is less than 1/2 mile from the Grand Coquina, so you can drive onto the beach with all your beach gear, park and unload right behind the Grand Coquina, and have access via the beach stairs to the Grand Coquina pools, bathrooms, and La Perle!
There is a beach access ramp just the other side of the building next door that you can pull your wagon. etc. for easy access.
