Prevent excessive barking or disturbances
Keep pets off beds and bedding
Use a crate when leaving a pet unattended
Pay for any excessive cleaning or pet-related damage

The screened lanai is not a designated pet-relief area.

Other Things to Note

Regal Palms requires guests to complete resort registration at the clubhouse before entering the home. The resort amenity fee is separate from the Airbnb reservation total and is collected by the resort during check-in.

When heading to the theme parks, skip the rush! We find that leaving about 30 minutes earlier than the park opening time saves a lot of stress. Also, if you’re looking for a low-key evening, Berry Town Center (just around the corner) has a grocery store, pharmacy, and several restaurants, making it the perfect 'one-stop-shop' to stock your kitchen without needing to drive into the busy tourist corridors.
