HOUSE RULES
Towels: For body and face use only. Using towels for cleaning or other purposes will incur a replacement or cleaning fee.

Parking: No trailers or boats allowed due to community regulations. Unauthorized parking may result in fines charged to the guest.

Property Care: Any damage will be assessed, and repair/replacement costs will be charged.

Cleanliness: Excessively dirty conditions requiring extra cleaning will incur additional fees.

BBQ Grill: Provided for guest enjoyment. Guests must leave it clean and in the same condition as found to avoid additional cleaning fees.

Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will be charged at $50/hour.

A House Manual is located on the kitchen island with additional house rules and important information. Please review it upon arrival.

Our Welcome Book includes information about house rules, Wi-Fi, contact details, checkout procedures, and local recommendations for shopping, dining, outdoor activities, and historic sites.

Parking Restrictions: Please note that boats and trailers are not allowed to be parked in the driveway, in accordance with community regulations. Unauthorized parking may result in fines, which will be the guest’s responsibility.​

Property Care: Any damage to the property or its belongings during your stay will be assessed, and the cost of repairs or replacements will be charged accordingly.​

Cleanliness: If the house is left in an excessively dirty condition requiring extra cleaning beyond the standard, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.​

Barbecue Grill: We provide a barbecue grill for your enjoyment. Guests are responsible for leaving the grill in the same clean condition in which it was found. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.​

OPTIONAL BED LINEN SERVICE: IF YOU WOULD LIKE NEW FRESH BED LINENS UPON ARRIVAL, PLEASE REQUEST THEM IN ADVANCE. THIS SERVICE INCURS AN ADDITIONAL FEE, WHICH MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. A RECEIPT WILL BE PROVIDED, AND GUESTS WHO OPT FOR THIS SERVICE ARE WELCOME TO KEEP THE LINENS AFTER THEIR STAY.
