1450 sq. ft. Our 1450 Sq.ft condo’s pleasant and relaxed atmosphere has all the amenities of home. Our bright corner unit #212 with large balcony has access from the living room and the master bedroom. Its northern exposure offers side views of the the Gulf of Mexico and Inter-coastal waterway.
Our complex offers its own private fishing pier on the ocean. (As the result of Hurricane Heleni the pier is not presently accessible pending repairs).
Pristine white sandy beach, a large Ocean front heated pool (always Kept at 82 Deg. during winter), and hot tub. Listen to the sound of the ocean while you prepare dinner in the BBQ area, with its Tiki tables. Relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
We are just minutes from John’s Pass, nearby Clearwater beach and Saint Pete beach where dining, shopping and water sports can be found.
We are located 13 miles west of St.Pete/Clearwater airport, and
approx. 25 miles from Tampa International Airport.

I have been to many beautiful beaches around the world but nothing compares to Indian Shores. The worlds best sunsets, powdery white sand, warm, barely there waves, and the water clear as can be. Central to everything you can need with Clearwater and St. Pete being so close. My husband and two young children go every year. It’s been a tradition of making memories at the Sand Dollar. The condo is absolutely perfect. Cozy beach home with loads of space! Everyone slept comfortably and nobody ever needed to fight for a shower. The pool area was brand new with a cool chess game for the kids to play. Corn hole was great for the kids if there was a passing rain shower. The owners are the most wonderful people. We will continue to vacation here for all the years to come! Don’t hesitate this is your sign to just BOOK IT!

Great time, Great place, great location! Condo is so nice, spacious and relaxing. We have been there before and will definitely return again. Owners go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Just returned after a great week and we miss the beach, pool , condo and location already. Also, people at the front desk are very helpful and nice!!

We have our property management office in the lobby of the building. They will check you in upon arrival. They will also handle any minor maintenance issues in the apartment if needed with our own maintenance crew.
