The Space:
This charming 3-bedroom/2.5-bathroom home offers a spacious and comfortable retreat with thoughtful amenities throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features a convenient breakfast bar and flows seamlessly into the dining area and living room. The living room also includes a full-size Murphy bed, providing additional sleeping accommodations, and offers access to a welcoming sitting porch.

The primary suite features a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the third bedroom offers two full-size beds, making this home ideal for families and groups. Guests will also enjoy a second full bathroom and a convenient half bath.

Additional amenities include a full-size laundry room with a washer and dryer, a screened-in porch with a gas grill for outdoor dining, and a front porch perfect for relaxing. Upstairs balconies provide additional space to unwind while taking in views of the beautiful neighborhood.

Beach Tram! A Ride to the Tide! The beach tram runs daily throughout Emerald Shores, picking up passengers and dropping them off at the Beach Pavillion. Guests gain access to all Emerald Shores amenities with armbands that can be purchased for $30.00 at the Emerald Shores Pavilion at the beach entrance.

As the summer season ends... Emerald Shores Beach Bar will be open 10:30 AM- 2 PM Saturdays and Sundays (Now closed on weekdays)
