1200 sq. ft.What I love most about our condo is that it offers every amenity you could possibly need! We set it up to be our dream escape and can't wait for guests to experience it first hand! Our favorite part is waking up to morning sun on the screened in porch and watching the turtles sun bath in the water! 3 bikes are included and enjoying a morning or late evening bike ride along the beach or Jupiter Riverwalk which starts just down the street from our condo. We are one floor living w/ the benefit of a corner & natural light and extra windows throughout. The primary suite offers a king bed, portable desk, 55 inch tv, private bath & walk in closet. The guest room is so spacious it offers 2 queen beds, 55 inch tv, walk in closet and tons of storage. The open floor plan is perfect for relaxing or entertaining w/ fully equipped kitchen, sleeper sofa (queen) dining room with/ bar area and bar service items, second beverage fridge, washer/dryer. All beach chairs, coolers, rolling cart, etc is included. Small gym yoga style items included as well and you won't find a prettier spot that on the patio area overlooking the water/water fountain in the morning to workout! Designated parking for 1 & flex guest spots available as well. Rental is 3o day min. Pets would be considered depending on breed, size, etc. We have only had one 4 month tenant in the unit and it is immaculate.
This unit is in located in Jupiter Ocean and Racquest Club, Searise Building D which is super close to the beach and right down the road from Jupiter Riverwalk. The location is idea and features a pool w/ sitting area & baths/showers one building over from ours. Offers lots of events in the condo community to meet other tenants and owners. Seconds from Jupiter bars, restaurants and nightlife, Jupiter Lighthouse, Golf courses and national park trails as well as Carlin Park which has events constantly that we love joining. Close to West Palm Airport (roughly 25-30 mins or Ft Lauderdale Airport. (roughly 1 hour)

Where do we start! So many favorites. We love all the restaurants at the Woods, Dive Bar and Food Shack, U - Tiki, Lucky Shucks, live music and chill vibes Square Grouper.
We have best snorkeling in Jupiter!!!!! I love touring the Light House and doing yoga classes under it on the beach. All the nature paths out to the water and the Loggerhead Turtle Rescue is our favorite. Coastal Massage around the corner is on point!

Location, location, location! The beach is just a 6-minute walk away, giving you easy access to some of the clearest turquoise water in South Florida. If you enjoy walking, you can stroll along the beach all the way to Carlin Park or cross US-1 to the beautiful Riverwalk. Everything you need is either within walking distance or just a short drive away. From performances at the Maltz Jupiter Theatre to the restaurants at Harbourside Place and the nightlife in Abacoa, there's always something to enjoy.The condo itself is wonderful. This first-floor end unit offers extra privacy and an additional window. It's tastefully furnished and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. We especially loved the screened-in patio overlooking the peaceful lake—an ideal spot to relax and spend the evening outdoors. The heated pool is just a few steps from the front door, making it incredibly convenient.The owners are warm, friendly, and genuinely accommodating, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. We stayed for four months and couldn't have been happier. Whether you're planning a short getaway or an extended stay, I highly recommend both this beautiful condo and its wonderful owners.

I felt like I was walking into my own home. Everything I needed the house had. Beds were extremely comfortable, everything was clean and new. House is close to everything. Can’t wait to go back!
