Welcome to The Salted Dream House, a spacious coastal farmhouse retreat just one mile from the white sands of Indian Rocks Beach. You can walk to the beach in 15 minutes.

Designed with families, friend groups, and multi-generational vacations in mind, this 5-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests and offers nearly 3,000 square feet of indoor living space, plus inviting outdoor spaces made for gathering and relaxing.

Spend your mornings walking the beach, collecting shells, or exploring nearby nature parks. Grab breakfast from a local café, spend the day on the Gulf Coast, then return home to soak in the hot tub, grill dinner, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy evening drinks beneath the courtyard pergola while the Florida breeze rolls in.

The home features two king suites, a queen bedroom, two twin bedrooms with trundles, and a queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for large families, reunions, beach vacations, sports teams, and group getaways. With parking for up to five vehicles, everyone can arrive comfortably.

Beach days are easy with the included beach wagon, umbrellas, chairs, cooler, snorkeling gear, beach toys, and Turkish beach towels. Simply load up and head to Indian Rocks Beach, just a 1 minute drive or 15–20 minute walk away.

When you're ready to explore, you'll be minutes from local favorites including Crabby Bill's, Splash Harbour Water Park, John’s Pass Village, Clearwater Beach, and dozens of locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream spots, beach bars, and live music venues that give Indian Rocks Beach its laid-back Gulf Coast charm.

One of our favorite things about the location is that you're close enough to enjoy everything Indian Rocks Beach has to offer without dealing with the traffic and parking challenges of staying directly on the barrier island. Spend your days relaxing on the beach, watching spectacular Gulf Coast sunsets, exploring nearby nature preserves, or enjoying fresh seafood at local favorites like Crabby Bill's. Clearwater Beach, John's Pass, and downtown St. Petersburg are all within easy driving distance, making this an ideal home base for your Florida beach vacation.
