Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, the home features a sparkling private pool, fenced yard, poolside loungers, gas grill, outdoor dining area, and even a hammock! The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $25 per night.

Gulf Breeze Getaway sleeps up to 6 adults and comes with high end bedding and furniture to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your guests.

This single level home has 2 well-appointed King bedrooms with high end mattresses and bedding, plus a bonus room with 2 twin beds and a work space - perfect for kids, extra visitors, or a designated office for those who like to mix in a bit of work with their leisure. Each bedroom comes with its own 50-in smart TV and plenty of clothing storage.

Gulf Breeze Getaway also offers one spacious, recently remodeled bathroom with a double vanity, white granite counter tops, Turkish cotton towels, make up cloths, and complimentary toiletries. The newly furnished living room comes with plenty of comfy seating and a view of the dining area and outdoor pool area. Gather around the huge Smart TV with friends and fam for movie nights or catching up on your favorite show.

Step into a chef's dream kitchen that comes with an oversized oven stove, stainless steel appliances, and a brand new fridge with an ice maker and purified water dispenser. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up a home made meal for the crew. Just off the kitchen, you'll find a barista inspired coffee bar with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker and complimentary K-cups, sugar, sweetener, and creamers to start your day off right!

The picturesque outdoor area is fully fenced and offers night time lighting around the pool and fence area. Soak up the sun in the poolside loungers, splash around in the refreshing pool, or take a snooze under the shade in the cabana style hammock.

Gulf Breeze Getaway also offers an indoor dining area facing the pool - perfect for keeping an eye on the kids or for playing one of the many complimentary board games.

Notes:
- Residential Neighborhood Notice: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
- Parking: there is parking available for up to 4 vehicles
- Pets: We are pet friendly! Pet's are allowed for an additional $60 per pet, per stay. We have a two pet maximum. All pets MUST be kept on a leash at all times if they are outside of the confines of the home or fenced yard.
- Pool Heat Fee: pool can be heated for an additional fee of $25 a night. Please note this fee will be paid after booking the home. Pool heater to be installed on November 15th, 2026.
- Heated Pool Disclosure: The pool heater is set to approximately 85°F; however, the actual water temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool-heating performance is affected by outdoor temperature, wind, rain, humidity, cloud cover and overnight conditions.
When the outdoor temperature is below approximately 65°F—or the difference between the air and desired pool temperature exceeds 20°F—the heater may require extended operation and may not reach or maintain 85°F. During unusually cold, windy or rainy weather, the pool temperature may be significantly lower despite the heater operating properly.
- Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor area, but doors must be kept closed, and cigarette butts must be cleaned up before departure
- Gas Grill: Please clean the grill after use and ensure the tank is turned completely off. If propane runs out, guests will be responsible for getting refills. Send us the receipt and we will happily reimburse you for propane refills.
