Welcome to Laguna Point 2! This spacious, multi-level vacation retreat offers three comfortable bedrooms, multiple living spaces, two private balconies, and beautiful views of the Harbor fireworks!

Let us walk you through your home away from home so you know exactly what to expect when you arrive.

First Floor – Entryway, Garage & Guest Bedroom
As you step inside Laguna Point 2, you'll be greeted by the first staircase leading to the main living areas.
To your left, you'll find access to the garage, which also houses your private washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay.
Just beyond the garage is the first guest bedroom, featuring a comfortable queen bed, a cozy sitting area, and a large Smart TV. This space offers a little extra privacy from the rest of the home, making it a wonderful retreat for a couple, teenagers, or guests who enjoy having their own space.

Second Floor - Fully Remodeled Kitchen, Dining, Living Room First Balcony
Head upstairs to the second floor, where you ll find the heart of Laguna Point 2! This spacious level is designed for gathering, relaxing, and making wonderful vacation memories.
The fully remodeled kitchen is beautifully updated and thoughtfully stocked with everything your family needs to prepare delicious home-cooked meals throughout your stay. Featuring modern appliances, stainless steel cookware, plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, and kitchen essentials, you ll have everything you need whether you re preparing a quick breakfast before the beach or cooking a full family dinner. There s even a wine refrigerator to keep your favorite beverages perfectly chilled!
Just off the kitchen, you ll find the inviting dining area with seating for four. It s the perfect spot to enjoy meals together, play a family game, or catch up on a little work if needed.
Beyond the dining area, the oversized living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a large Smart TV, making it an ideal place to unwind after a day exploring Destin.
A convenient half bathroom is also located on this level.
Step outside onto your first private balcony, complete with a cozy seating area. Enjoy your morning coffee, soak up the coastal breeze, or relax with your favorite evening beverage.
And don t forget one of the special highlights of Laguna Point 2 you can enjoy views of the Destin Harbor fireworks right from your balcony!

Third Floor – Primary Suite & Second Guest Bedroom
Continue up the second staircase from the living room to discover two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom.
Located to the right at the top of the stairs, the spacious primary suite offers a relaxing escape featuring a king-size bed, smart TV and a dedicated desk area perfect for remote work. You will also find a private ensuite with a tub/shower combination.
Whether you're settling in for a restful night's sleep or need a quiet place to catch up on emails, this suite offers comfort and convenience.
To the left of the staircase, you'll find the final guest bedroom, featuring a comfortable queen-size bed, smart TV, private balcony with outdoor seating, and a beautifully remodeled ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower
Step out onto the second private balcony and enjoy the fresh coastal air, a peaceful evening under the stars, or a view of the Harbor fireworks!

Starter Essentials Provided
To help you settle in, we provide a starter supply of the following items: 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, Trash bags, Dawn dish soap, Tide laundry detergent, 2 small bags of coffee, Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap.
Please note these are starter items only you may need to purchase additional supplies depending on the length of your stay.

House Rules for Laguna Point 2
Occupancy: Max 6 guests allowed.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip.
Rental Agreement and Security Verification must be completed within 48 hours of the booking
Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am are stricktly enforced
No Pets Allowed outside of registered service animals
No Smoking or Drugs: No smoking or vaping inside the home, balconies, or near doors and windows.

Important Community Notice: The HOA will be performing repairs to the community seawall and dock areas through July of 2027. As this work is managed by the HOA, it is outside of our control. These improvements are limited to community property and do not affect the townhome itself. We do not anticipate the work interfering with your stay and appreciate your understanding while these community improvements are completed.
