Nestled in a 55+ community, this cozy updated home offers a welcoming retreat. Per the resort rules, one person in your party must be 55. Just a short 15 minute drive to the beach, several nearby golf courses, and lots of dining and entertainment options. Two bedrooms and one bathroom, plus a pull out queen sofa bed. Lots of outdoor seating with propane firepit and a swing! Grill up some dinner and eat outside! Everything included for a fun day at the beach!
You will enjoy games and meals at the dining room table. The living room offers an electric fire place, TV and plenty of seating! You will be able to cook meals in the fully stocked kitchen. The bathroom has everything you need including hair care and bathing products. The primary bedroom offers a ceiling fan, TV, sound machine, clock radio, make-up mirror and comfortable queen sized bed. Plenty of clothing storage options as well! The 2nd bedroom offers a single day bed and large wardrobe for your clothes. It also has it's own mini-split unit and ceiling fan for your comfort. The laundry room offers a combo washer/dryer unit. Put your clothes in the morning and they are washed and dried when you return! Outside you will find a gas firepit and grill. Eat outside and enjoy the sun! There is a sunshade in the shed that you are welcome to use during your stay. A ladder is provided for installation. (please remove before leaving)

Local to many dining options, golf courses and beaches! Also very close to the Philadelphia Phillies spring training! So many thrift store options in the area also!!!
