The uninterrupted view of the 14 acre lake and bird island, takes unwinding by the pool to a new level!
Relax on a sun bed, or perhaps get wrinkly in the spa whilst you enjoy the wonderful view of the lake and island.
Our fully screened deck is further enhanced by hedging, affording the more body conscious guest that all important privacy.
Together with the sun beds, there are chairs, tables and footstools.
Outside the pool screen is a Gas BBQ.

The covered lanai with ceiling fan gives shade and a breath of air when that legendary sunshine is just too much or for enjoying a quiet drink in the evening.
Sitting under the lanai during a storm is spectacular!

The inside our home is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans in all rooms.
A large great room, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and two dining areas are complimented by the separate games room giving plenty of options for even the largest party to find some personal space.

There are 2 master bedrooms, both with king beds, en-suite facilities and enviable views across the natural spring fed lake.
The ground floor king master has a full en-suite bathroom with separate shower cubicle, twin sinks and walk-in closet. There are patio doors out onto the deck area.
The first floor king master has an en-suite shower room with over sized walk-in shower, sink and W.C. This shower room is also accessible from the landing if required.
The Safari room has a full bed and a twin.
Our Disney themed bedroom has 2 twin beds.
The safari and Disney rooms share a large shower room.
Bedroom 5 is on the ground floor and has a queen bed. There is a shower room across the hall.

The oversized garage has been fully converted into a large air conditioned games room with a pool table, TV and seating. We also provide a selection of DVD's. PS2 with games, books, board games and toys.
There is a fully contained laundry room with washer, drier, ironing board, iron, mops buckets etc!

We provide all linens, bath towels and pool towels.
There are hairdryers provided In each bathroom.

Christmas decorations are available free of charge.

Fishing is allowed in the lake (on a catch and return basis) and we provide a selection of rods/poles for guest use.

Unique Benefits

We cant stress enough the beauty of the lake! The island at the center is home to a wealth of birds and even the occasional Alligator (never feed a Gator!)
It is wonderful to listen to the battle of the feathers when the birds argue over who has which branch for the night!

Take a walk around the main lake, stand on the fishing pier and watch the turtles - some as big as garbage can lids! or maybe try to catch a few fish.
Visit the kids play area or test your stamina with a game of beach volley ball.

Next to the third lake is a tennis court (racquets and balls are provided in our home) and a basketball hoop.

Why Kids Love It

The kids love their own pool no matter what the weather is doing!
For the serious swimmer who maybe wants to keep up their fitness levels, there is a large pool attached to the clubhouse. It is heated Oct - Mar.
There is also a kiddies splash area with water canons!

Area Information

Lake Berkley is situated off US192 near Medieval Times dinner show.
There is a 24 hour WalMart store within walking distance.
It is an easy drive to all the parks, both coastlines and interstate 4.
