South Sea is a wonderful community filled with many things to do, including tennis & pickleball courts, bocce ball, waterfront docks, short walk to private access to the beach. A separate private car is available for rental. 1 month rentals only.

Area Information

THE BEACH is filled with shells and miles to walk on the beautiful white sands. Dining is plentiful. Fishing and boating surrounds Marco Island. Shopping is all around. It is a vibrant, but laidback island.

South Seas East is a gated community and requires a $100 registration fee for any group that enters the Condo that is not an owner. This is paid directly to an association and is required.

There is a cleaning charge of $160 for the stay, not including linens or towels . Since this property is managed remotely, we request that you do your own towels and change the bedding before you leave. (The condo has an all-in-1 washer dryer that can take 5 hours to dry.) We believe in a pay it forward mentality that allows you to walk in with little to do - whatever you use, please replace.
