Family room has brand new furniture, pull out couch and dining table seats 6. Screened in Lanai (porch) New LG washer/drier combo, and wine fridge. South Sea is a wonderful community filled with many things to do, including tennis & pickleball courts, bocce ball, waterfront docks, short walk to private access to the beach. A separate private car is available for rental. 1 month rentals only.

THE BEACH is filled with shells and miles to walk on the beautiful white sands. Dining is plentiful. Fishing and boating surrounds Marco Island. Shopping is all around. It is a vibrant, but laidback island.
South Seas East is a gated community and requires a $100 registration fee for any group that enters the Condo that is not an owner. This is paid directly to an association and is required.
There is a cleaning charge of $160 for the stay, not including linens or towels . Since this property is managed remotely, we request that you do your own towels and change the bedding before you leave. (The condo has an all-in-1 washer dryer that can take 5 hours to dry.) We believe in a pay it forward mentality that allows you to walk in with little to do - whatever you use, please replace.

Please note that South Seas East is in the process of remolding windows, sliders and doors, along with painting the propertly Starting April 2026 - April of 2027. Currently, our Building C is slated to be renovated last. It is expected in sometime in Oct 2026 - Jan 2027. I will not know more details until closer to the end of the year. If you do not want to hear construction noise, please do not rent at South Seas.

Nancy B.Great Location, Comfortable Stay, Excellent Host
We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location is great, and we especially appreciate that there are no stairs or elevators to navigate. The condo is updated throughout and very well appointed. Both bedrooms have comfortable king-size beds, which is a great bonus. The host was very timely and responsive whenever we had a question or issue. We definitely recommend this condo and plan on staying here again next year!
