Designed for easy vacation living, this welcoming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome offers more than 1,900 square feet of thoughtfully designed space for up to 6 guests. The open-concept main living area creates a comfortable gathering space for everyone to reconnect after a day of adventure. The living room features powered reclining seating, a large Smart TV with community-provided cable, and sliding glass doors leading to the screened lanai — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the warm evening breeze. The dining area seats 4, while the spacious kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and many of the small appliances and kitchen tools needed for preparing meals at home. An open breakfast bar with seating for 3 keeps everyone connected while cooking and entertaining. A half bathroom is located near the kitchen.

Upstairs, the spacious primary suite offers a peaceful retreat complete with a king-size bed, sitting area, desk, TV, oversized walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The split-bedroom floor plan provides primary suite privacy, with two guest bedrooms located on the opposite end of the second floor — one furnished with a queen bed, the other with a full bed. All bedrooms have TV's and celing fans. A full guest bathroom with tub/shower combination is shared by the guest bedrooms and a spacious laundry room with washer and dryer complete the second floor.

Additional amenities include free unlimited WiFi, screened lanai, garage parking for one vehicle (additional vehicles may park in the double driveway,) and access to a self-service grill (guests provide propane or charcoal refills as needed). All bed linens, bath towels, pool towels, and kitchen towels are included for your stay.
