Tradewinds Unit #215 Available to Rent
Unit #215 has beautiful beachfront views as well as tropical views of the well-maintained Palm trees and Tiki area. These views can be seen from both bedrooms as well as the main living area of this recently renovated two-bedroom unit on the second floor. The beach views are spectacular, and the gorgeous sunsets are a nightly occurrence. Both bedrooms and bathrooms have recently been renovated with the Master bathroom having a beautiful tile shower and the second bedroom with a combo tub/shower. The Master Suite has a new king-size foam mattress, and the second bedroom has a double-size Murphy bed as well as a single Murphy bed. Both these mattresses have very little usage. When the Murphy beds are stored, there is a full-sized office space with a quartz countertop for working. The living room has a Clive-David queen, sleeper sofa. There are TVs in all 3 rooms. The kitchen has all new appliances and a quartz countertop and bar area. Laundry facilities are available on this floor. HD Cable TV channels are available as well as Wi-Fi. All beach needs will be met as we provide all beach towels, chairs, coolers, beach umbrellas, and a wagon to haul everything to the beach. The property features a beautiful pool with a large deck area as well as a grilling area, kitchen, meeting room, library with direct access to the beach. The beach is Crescent Beach and is rated one of the best beaches in Florida.
Rentals are 30-day minimums at the Tradewinds, and 30 days are needed to finalize the rental. Right now, we are looking to rent July through September at $4,500/month, October at $5,000/month, November at $9,000/month, December for $9,000/month. For 2027 we are totally open and entertaining booking. January for $11,500/month, February for $12,000, March for $12,000/month.

This is located in Southwest Fl. South of Naples. The beach is Crescent Beach and is rated one of the best beaches in Florida. Everything you need is within a 1–2-mile radius of the Tradewinds where there are many fine restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Nearby Activities include
Swimming, Sailing, Snorkeling, Jet Skiing, Kayaking, Paddleboarding, Scuba Diving, Parasailing,
Shelling, Bicycling, Golf, Fishing, Windsurfing, Boating, Mini-Golf and a movie Theater. Naples is only a 10 minute drive.
