Coastal Luxury large 1600 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 bath sleeps 2-6 (max occupancy 8) with high ceilings and lots of natural light. One of the largest 2 bedrooms and best layouts on the beach! We also own the 3 bedroom right next door for those large group trips! The 9th floor is a great location-not too high or too low.

New flooring throughout, large walk-in tile shower with rain shower head, all new living room furniture and bedroom furniture. Wi-Fi is provided and all rooms have Smart TV’s.

Master Suite
King size bed, access to ocean view balcony with blackout curtains, 55” flat screen Smart TV, large jetted jacuzzi tub, custom tile walk in shower, double vanity, walk in closet and plenty of towels and linens.

Additional bedroom
2 queen size beds, flat screen Smart TV and attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen, granite counter tops and modern appliances.

From the 9th floor you can see the sun set from the well-appointed balcony! It is all you could possibly want in a condo. Polywood Table, chairs for outdoor dining. Chaise lounges for outdoor coffee, sunbathing or frozen cocktails and a rocker to enjoy those relaxing sunsets.

Relax on the white sandy beach in your set of seasonal (March-Oct) cushioned beach chairs & umbrella that are FREE with this unit.

The Princess Condominiums has only 74 units in this exclusive complex. Parking is onsite, quick elevators and lots of chairs at the three pools- 2 outdoor & 1 heated indoor and hot tub. Ne pets and no smoking.

Complex includes, gated entry, secure onsite parking, onsite management, tennis and pickleball court, shuffle board, gym, game room, club room, hot tub, exterior gazebo BBQ grilling area.
