Pool, golf & 4 mi. from the beach & The Hard Rock

This home is in a residential area which is nice to guarantee a quiet good night sleep and safe feel. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool, pool table, giant Jenga and mini golf. The pools is not heated. This home is in close distance to everywhere you want to go: 3 miles from Yellow Green Farmers Market & Artspark at Young Circle, 4 miles from Hallandale Beach & the Hard Rock Seminole & Casino, 5 miles from Hollywood Beach & Gulfstream, 17 miles from Miami and much more.

The space
Absolutely NO parties and/or additional guests allowed. Failure to comply, you will be asked to leave and will be fined a $800 fee. You will find three bedrooms; 2 of them with (1) queen size bed in each and one of them with 2 twin size beds. In addition, you will have two roll-out beds in case you don't want to share beds or simply for additional accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped so you feel right at home. There is a swimming pool with an alarm for safety if you want to use. The washer and dryer will be found in the garage.

Guest access
You can access the entire house. We ask that you lock the doors at all times. There are many doors, so we like to make sure none get missed and stay unlocked.

Other things to note
The landscaper will come twice a month, usually (but not always) on Fridays or Saturdays. He will access the backyard and front yard. The pool maintenance will be done on Fridays before sunrise (usually but not always) and he will access the backyard also.
