TiffanyWe loved the unit and the pool/grilling area. The beach amenities they provided were amazing, even if we didn’t use them we did check them out. Walking distance to a wonderful restaurant, Backwaters & the coffee shop was pretty good too. We would definitely stay here again. The only drawback for us was the constant smell of pot being smoked. We sit outside on the balcony a LOT and it really hindered that. We know this is not the fault or responsibility of the owners.

KristinThis was exactly as advertised and the beach, condo, pool, and especially views of the sunset were perfect.Great communication on what to expect, how to check in etc.The three bed with 3 full bath allows the privacy for 3 couples but enough room in kitchen and living to cook and commune. Kitchen was perfectly stocked to save some $ on eating out a couple nights.

Amanda P. MaggieThis place was amazing. Nice view of the ocean for peaceful mornings and evenings. Having an en-suite bathroom for all rooms made traveling with other families easy. The living / dining space was open enough to accommodate our large group of kids. We were pleasantly surprised with how sound proof the unit felt especially when surrounded by other units. The hosts were very kind and responsive. We will for sure be returning for another beach vacation.

ConnieThe host was great. We had reserved another condo but needed to change due to construction and pool closure issues. The host contacted us and provided this option. We were allowed to check in early when our plans changed. The condo was large and spacious, decorated nicely, and the kitchen was well appointed. Furniture was comfortable and the master shower was great. Renters should be aware that while the condo building is beachfront, oceanfront, this condo is mid-building with a balcony beach view. Not a corner unit like the pictures suggest. The high top table and chairs on the balcony obscure what view there is and are not comfortable. I gave an overall rating of 5 stars because the host was proactive in finding us another unit when our initial unit had construction but if I could have separated them I would only give the condo itself 4 stars and the hosts 5. I would rebook with these hosts but probably not this condo. I personally prefer one with a beachfront, oceanfront view.

Ash'LeeThank you so much for hosting us this weekend. We rental this beautiful property for my duaghters 15th birthday, I was able to easily fit 9 girls comfortably and extremely cozy. The home is absolutely beautiful every bedroom had its own bathroom, We had the most beautiful view of the ocean, beach access from pool and hot tub, the multiple grills on the deck was incredible We cooked outside each night, The condo also incredible everything you would need to inside and on the grill. They provided 9 beach chairs 3 kayaks/ paddle boards and umbrellas! This is an exceptionally beautiful place to stay! very well kept and clean! Thank you so much providing us well a beautiful home for my babygirks 15th birthday

KaitlynThis condo in Redington Shores is absolutely beautiful! It fit all 10 of us perfectly! Being right on the beach was amazing, and as an added bonus, the pool was a much loved amenity. If you have a big group, I would definitely recommend this condo for your next beach vacation!

MackenzieWe had an issue trying to get into the main lobby to get parking passes, but that was because the office closed at 3 and we got there at 4. We also lost power for 2 hours, but Dan was very responsive and worked hard to get Duke energy out there. Overall, it was a good trip.

Dawn D.The condo was just as described and worked well for our family. We had a few issues but was a nice place, especially location to the ocean/beach. Although the washer/dryer was right outside our condo, I prefer a place with their own washer/dryer. The biggest complaint I had was that there was only 1 towel and washrag per person. When you have to pay to wash your laundry every day due to the number of towels, it is very inconvenient. We were excited that the condo complex had opened their pool a few weeks before our arrival. Unfortunately, it was closed the day we arrived through the entire stay, due to a city sewer issue. It was not the owner's fault but put a bit of a damper on our stay. The owner's had bikes, paddleboards, chairs and umbrellas for our use which was awesome. Overall, a nice 5-day stay.

KathyWe were told the hot tub would be working but probably not the pool. Neither was working so disappointed in that. We were given an option to check in earlier than the 4 p.m. but would be charged an additional fee, which is not right. Why should we be charged an additional fee just to get in a little earlier.

We greatly appreciate the effort by Daniel to accommodate our request to stay at Angler's Cove...we had a family wedding to host. Katie J.Great location, and lots of room for 2 families. We all really enjoyed having our own bathroom. The elevators and hallways of the building were a bit rundown and dirty. I was not impressed walking to our condo. Inside of the condo was nice. Everything seemed clean, some of the kitchen cabinets could have used a good cleaning on the outside but we didn’t cook so I wasn’t too bothered by it.

Lisa T. Chad V.I wanted to write to compliment the owners and the complex for an excellent stay! The owner had clear instructions in the email they sent a few days before. Easy in / out process. Place was very clean when we came and very welcoming. The kitchen has plenty of cups/plates/silverware and even some spices and such. A/C worked great, even zone control. The pool was very nice as was the hot tub. The complex is right on the beach and the beach itself was not crowded till Sat and was beautiful.5/5!! My family and I would love to rent this location again!

JoanneThe condo was beautiful and the views were amazing. I loved that you could see the beach from all bedrooms. There were 10 ladies in our group and we felt comfortable, not crowded, and enough sleeping space for all of us. The condo had everything we needed to cook meals through the weekend. We used the paddle boards which were a plus. The unit is right on the beach, perfect location! Host was very responsive and respectful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

AshtenOverall, we had a great stay! The condo was very clean and the hosts were very responsive (at all hours of the day). The ONLY recommendation I have is for more bath towels and wash cloths. Also, the kitchen disposal needs some attention, but can be easily fixed. We would definitely rent again!

KimPositive: The view and access to the beach was great. Condo was clean and very nice. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, towels etc onsite to use which was convenient since we flew in and couldn't bring them with us. Negative: Checkout time was early which didn't leave us much time to get much out of our last day there. Morning was spent cleaning & packing to facilitate check out time of 10am. However overall, if we visit the area again we would definitely consider staying again at this property.

Ann H.Beautiful 3 BR/3 BA right on the water. The kitchen is fully stocked and the condo comes w/ beach towels, beach chairs/umbrellas, paddle boats and kayaks. There are plenty of restaurants w/in walking distance, but the nearest grocery store is definitely a drive.The only downside is there is no laundry in the condo, but it is right down the hall and takes credit cards.
