Amenities: Optional unlimited golf, tennis and marina for $250 per stay which allows full use of the Executive 18 hole executive golf course with driving range, and tennis programs. There are 13 Har-Tru and Hydro tennis courts, 8 pickleball courts, bocce, a fitness center, saunas, clubhouse restaurant and bar and a private 192 slip marina. and a deep water marina with no docking fees, and no cost dry storage at the marina.
Basic TV is provided. Internet, HDTV, and phone are available via Comcast, with a separate contract for the renter. Owner must contact Comcast to authorize an --added customer.

Full membership, if desired, includes all Landings special amenities such as golf, tennis, fitness center and Helm Club activities. This requires an application fee of $250, regardless of length of stay. Without the membership, the Trawler and the Helm Club pools are available as is the Wheelhouse restaurant at the marina, where credit cards are accepted.

Pick up trucks are prohibited. These are defined as vehicles with an open back cargo space.

The only additional charges are for power, phone, Internet, and any TV upgrades.

The Landings Marina
With its location near the lakes and the river, The Landings community offers a wide range of services for homeowners with boats, yachts, speed boats, and other water sport and recreational vessels.
