The landings include a Wheelhouse Grill restaurant, private manned entry gate with 24-hour roaming security, Picnic Pointe Island with riverfront gazebo and grills, for large scale entertaining and sunsets. Walking, jogging and cycling through 208 acres of award-winning tropical landscaping and 18 stocked lakes. About 20 minutes drive from SW Florida International Airport, Sanibel, Captiva and Estero Islands, and downtown Ft. Myers.

Amenities: Optional unlimited golf, tennis and marina for $250 per stay which allows full use of the Executive 18 hole executive golf course with driving range, and tennis programs. There are 13 Har-Tru and Hydro tennis courts, 8 pickleball courts, bocce, a fitness center, saunas, clubhouse restaurant and bar and a private 192 slip marina. and a deep water marina with no docking fees, and no cost dry storage at the marina.
Basic TV is provided. Internet, HDTV, and phone are available via Comcast, with a separate contract for the renter. Owner must contact Comcast to authorize an --added customer.

Full membership, if desired, includes all Landings special amenities such as golf, tennis, fitness center and Helm Club activities. This requires an application fee of $250, regardless of length of stay. Without the membership, the Trawler and the Helm Club pools are available as is the Wheelhouse restaurant at the marina, where credit cards are accepted.

Pick up trucks are prohibited. These are defined as vehicles with an open back cargo space.

The only additional charges are for power, phone, Internet, and any TV upgrades.

The Landings Marina
With its location near the lakes and the river, The Landings community offers a wide range of services for homeowners with boats, yachts, speed boats, and other water sport and recreational vessels. Almost all aspects of boating and fishing needs are covered at The Marina. If you need mechanical repair, boat washings, bottom cleanings, or boat watch programs, The Marina can provide these services. The Par 58 golf course received a rating of 54.6 with a slope rate of 89. Players can walk or ride within the wide course area enjoying the beauties of the rolling hills and the riverfront sceneries.
The executive golf course is designed with complete amenities and facilities such as driving ranges, sand areas, chipping areas, and practice greens. There is also a Pro Shop fully stocked with golfing materials and supplies. Pull carts, and motorized rental carts are available for rent. If you want to learn the sport or improve your skills, there are certified PGA/LPGA golf instructors in the community who provide lessons, group clinics, and private classes for aspiring golfers.
