Florida fresh, newly renovated, Withlacoochee riverfront condo located on the 2nd floor with no stairs - easy access via a ramp. Beautiful views of the river from our comfy front porch. Queen size bed, large closet and plenty of cabinet space for storage. We have a queen sleeper couch that sleeps 2 as well. In condo washer and dryer so no trips to the laundrymat. Bright and cheery interior with full size fridge, fully loaded kitchen for your dining pleasure, grilling is permitted down in the common area where you can relax and cook your food while chatting with other residents or just enjoy sitting at the heated pool or spa. Dock is available for smaller boats, please let us know when you book. Local ramp is down the road less than 1/8 mile away. The best part is that you are 10 min from the Rainbow river with tubing and kayaking from Blue Run or the state park. Lake Rousseau is just a float away where you can catch your huge Florida bass and cook it for dinner! We have Publix and Walmart less than 10 min away with many options for dining. We offer a beautiful, quiet condo where you can bring your own kayak and launch from our dock as well.

Area Information

Dunnellon is a beautiful area with the Rainbow River State park, KP Hole and the Withlacoochee river all within 10 min of each other - Crystal River is a 30 min drive away where crystal clear springs (71 degrees every day) are amazing! The World Equestrian Center is a short drive into Ocala where you can watch a horse show (in season), shop at the newly built equestrians dream shopping center, enjoy dinner at the 5 star hotel as well. Downtown Ocala features many restaurants and festivals. Drive west to Crystal River and rent a boat out to the Gulf of America from a local marina and enjoy the sawgrass Salt River where you can fish for tarpon, redfish or sea trout (in season). Cedar key is 45 min north. Tampa is an 60 min south - visit Tampa Zoo, Tampa Aquarium, take a cruise, Ybor City, festivals and of course east of Dunnellon is Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot and the beaches of Daytona, New Symrna and Flagler.
