The Condo Space:
This stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, corner unit condo offers a perfect blend of updated luxury and comfort. Conveniently located on the top floor of a 4-story building. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept living area filled with natural light. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances and accessories you would need and added touches such as children’s plates and cutlery with Disney theming.
The master suite boasts a comfortable king size bed with high end linens, a private bathroom with new tile floor and walk in shower. The master bedroom has a large wardrobe and dresser with plenty of drawers. The two additional bedrooms are perfect for family or guests with a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom, and two double bunk beds as well as a pack and play for additional little ones in the 3rd bedroom. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan along with the living room. The second bathroom is located between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. This bathroom features a new tile floor, a large vanity and mirror, and bathtub, perfect for kids.
One of the highlights of this condo is the screened in sunset balcony, where you can unwind and enjoy breathtaking views every evening.
The in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to return home with clean clothes that can just be put away. Especially nice for larger families who could pack less due to clothes being washed and worn again. My wife enjoys not having to do so much laundry once we return home.
Elevator access is right of the stairs and down the center hallway.
If any items in the condo are broken or missing, please contact us right away.
The condo is self catering. A few kitchen and bath items are included to get you started. Walmart is right around the corner for all of your grocery/shopping needs.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am and are strictly enforced by the Windsor Hills community.
Pets are prohibited in all condos at all times.

There are NO resort fees! Parking is always free! Oversized parking can also be accommodated during your stay in the oversize lot. Advance notice must be given so the request can be submitted and approved by the HOA.
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ: Once your stay is booked you will receive a follow up email from our rental management software, OwerRez. This is the software we use to manage our booking and communication across multiple platforms. The automated email will include a link for you to provide all your contact information, select optional travelers insurance, the renters agreement form you must fill out and submit, and provide a credit card for the damage security deposit, which is $300 charged/held 2 days before your arrival and released within 7 days of your departure once the apartment has been inspected by the management company and no damage or missing items are found. This email is completely safe and the links are secure. If you have an issue with any of this then we kindly ask you not to book with us since this is part of our booking policy and process.

As an annual pass holder I always aim to stay on property, but being that we were taking day trips throughout Orlando we decided to rent a space. This property is INCREDIBLE! Highly recommend for families or a solo adventure, it was so close to Walt Disney World! The “off property stress” was nonexistent. We were so relaxed with this rental. I loved this stress free trip, I cannot wait to book again! Thank you for a MAGICAL vacation!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo near Disney! The location couldn’t have been better. It was a quick and easy drive to the parks, which made our daily plans so convenient. The condo was extremely clean, roomy, and clearly well taken care of. It was beautifully furnished and had all the essentials we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen and very comfortable sleeping arrangements. The pool area was well kept and relaxing, and having access to additional features like the gym and game room made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was wonderful to work witg. Very communicative, kind, and quick to respond. We had a fantastic experience overall and would definitely suggest this condo to anyone planning a trip to the Disney area. We would happily stay here again.

I was hesitant at first to rent the condo because it was a new listing but I figured hey everyone needs to start somewhere. Let me tell you, once we walked through the door I didn’t regret it one bit. The condo is open and airy. It’s clean and comfortable. The kitchen is bright and clean. The blue cabinets give it a pop of color and it’s stocked with anything you could need to cook there and all the essentials. Everything looks new. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for my wife and kids along with all our bags. We mainly used two bedrooms but my wife did sneak off to the third bedroom when my snoring was too much for her to handle after a long day at the Disney parks, so that was nice to have. My kids loved the bunk beds. The bathrooms are very clean and there are plenty of towels. My wife loved having her own bathroom in the master bedroom so she can get ready for the day. The living room has a big screen TV which was nice for unwinding at the end of a day at Disney and the couches were well kept and comfortable. My wife enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at night and just relaxing reading her book. It was super easy to get an Uber and get a ride to one of the Disney parks each day. We got to each park in minutes and getting back was just as easy. The drivers picked us up and dropped us off right in front of our building. On our relax days we enjoyed the community pool and my kids had a blast at the waterpark. It was nice being able to go down the slides with the kids. We grabbed lunch at the market place by the pool. Waited about 15 minutes for our order to be made. One night we decided to order out, Thai, and have it delivered right to our door which was really nice. There’s also a washer and dryer in the unit as well and doing a quick wash before packing made it easier to just put everything away when we got back home. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay here. The community is really nice and we would definitely come back and stay here again.

The location of this condo was just a short drive to the parks, restaurants, and shopping, while still being quiet and relaxing after long days out. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable for our family. The amenities were fantastic. We especially loved the pool, fitness area, and how well-stocked the condo was with everything we needed. The host was great from start to finish — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, making check-in and communication incredibly easy. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Disney area!
